love, love, love...

THE COLORS!

I just love how Cora's Playground is coming together.
Check out the new flooring.

Isn't it GREAT?

DuraPlay installed the flooring. They even donated some of the cost so that we could have the colorful design--which I love!

We are so thankful for all these talented, generous people who are helping make Cora's Playground possible.

It looks amazing! I hope to visit her playground in person one of these days.

Also, Jess, I wanted to ask if you mind if I steal your "Praises" and "Prayer Requests" terminology that you used while Cora was sick. My Aunt Linda is currently very sick and fighting Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma on her brain. Our family started a website for her through caringbridge and I just really like that idea so I hope you don't mind.

Take care!

DuraPlay!!! Jess, the owners of DurePlay are my good friends and neighbors, Misty and Darren Toomey way down here in Wimberley, Texas. They live just a few doors down from me. I'm so happy that they partnered with you to make Cora's playground so colorful and safe for the kiddos to enjoy.

Misty and Darren have two young children themselves, Cash and Blue, who I know would love to spend some time at Cora's playground. I'll be sure to let them know what a special project they were a part of, just in case they aren't aware.

Everything is just beautiful, a true reflection of Cora. All it needs now is a few dozen little ones squealing and laughing. Can't wait for the pictures of that.

What a small world it really is! :)

I LOVE the colorful flooring. I take my kids to various parks around our city and haven't seen anything like it. A special playground to commemorate a special little one.

Your story inspires me daily to look at the important things in life....God, faith, family, friends. The petty things just don't seem to matter. Thank you for reminding us of this fact, and most importantly for drawing people to God through your story. God is using your pain to bring glory to Him. You are being a faithful servant. Well done.

The playground looks awesome! What a monument to Cora!
I also wanted to tell you I love your new blog layout. I love the pics of you all and Cora on the header. It is nice to see her there. I have been thinking of Cora (and you all) so much lately, as our daughter is exactly the age Cora was when she was diagnosed. Just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers as you navigate this new road-looking forward to new life and grieving life lost. Cora has helped me treasure the little moments a little better.
Blessings-
Laura from FL
